Hello all

Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who has been supporting Bastien's route with sales and feedback – it is so lovely to hear what you all think. ^_^

Just a quick update on Sofia's route. The route is now finished and in beta, with a final word count of approximately 170,000 words.

We are still waiting on a couple of backgrounds and three of the CGs to be completed, as well as a few of the sprites, but the beta period is six weeks long, so I have no doubt these assets will be completed by the time we reach the release date.

Which means I am happy to announce that Sofia's route will be released on Sunday 14th February. 

I will be doing a brief, mini-sale of my games around that time to celebrate St Valentine's Day, so this ties in nicely. Of course, if you have already purchased a copy of 'The Thorns of War' then this update (and all future updates) to the game will be free.

In other news, I have begun planning the next route - Guillaume's - and the background art for the five backer reward scenes are coming along well, so I am hoping to update the game with those soon, too.

For those scenes, backers chose the pairings (MC plus Love Interest) and gave me a point somewhere in the two year period between the two games they wanted to explore. We have scenes for the main character with Charlotte, Guillaume, Frederique, and two for Sofia, so I'm excited to offer this extra glimpse into the characters' lives beyond TROS.
